How do I qualify for your rates?

In order to qualify for reception room rates, you must have either a business name or a professional title. All businesses who have reception or waiting areas instantly qualify. All you have to do is open an account.

Why do I need to provide a business name or professional title?

Since our specially negotiated rates are available only to businesses with reception rooms or waiting areas, we need the name of your business or your professional title. Entering your title or business name qualifies you to receive the deeply discounted magazine prices we offer.

Can I pay my outstanding invoice online?

No, not at this time. We are currently working on adding this feature to the Your Account section once you log in, and it should be available in late 2006/early 2007.

What if I want to order a title that's not listed on this website?

We offer more than 200,000 titles. If there is a title that you are interested in ordering, but you do not see it on the website, either call us at 800-527-5901 or e-mail us at errssfeedback@ebsco.com. Chances are we can get you a great rate on the title you are looking for.

How do I report a missed issue?

You can use this website to report a missed issue. First you must log in and then go to the Your Account button on the main menu bar. Click on "Report a Problem" and you will be asked to choose the address and title(s) that you would like to report missing. Once you have chosen the titles you would like to report missing, click the Report a Problem button. The page will refresh, then select "Didn't Receive An Issue" from the drop down list and click the Submit button. We will work with the publisher to have the missed issue(s) sent to your mailing address. Click here if you would like more help with this feature.

How do I report a damaged issue?

You can use this website to report an issue that arrived with damage. If you are not already logged in, please click on the "Login" button on the main menu bar. Once logged in go to the Your Account button also found on the main menu bar. Then click on the "Report a Problem" link and you will be asked to choose the shipping address and title(s) that you would like to report as damaged. Once you have chosen the titles you would like to report damaged, click the Report a Problem button. The page will refresh, then select "Damaged Issue" from the drop down list and click the Submit button. We will work with the publisher to have a new issue(s) sent to your mailing address. How do I open an account?

To open a new account, please click on the "Login" button on the main menu bar, and then click the red "Create a New Account" button above the User ID field. Fill out all the information and order your magazines today! Click here if you would like more help with this feature.

Can I cancel my titles? How?

Yes, you can cancel your titles at any time and you may be eligible for a refund for issues you have not yet received. If you are not already logged in, please click on the "Login" button on the main menu bar. Once logged in go to the Your Account button. When the page refreshes click on the Cancel A Subscription link and you will be asked to choose the address and title(s) that you would like to cancel from your account. Once you have chosen the titles you would like to cancel, click the Cancel Subscriptions button and your cancellation(s) will be processed. If a refund is due to you, it will be placed on your account. If you would like to have a refund check sent, or the refund put back on your credit card, you must Contact Us. How do I renew titles I've previously ordered from EBSCO?

You can use this website to renew your magazines. If you are not already logged in, please click on the "Login" button on the main menu bar. Once logged in go to "Your Account" button also found on the main menu bar. Once the page refreshes, click on the "Renew My Subscription(s)" link and you find a listing of all of your shipping addresses and their associated titles that need to be renewed. Check all titles you would like to renew, and then click the "Add To Cart" button. Continue shopping if you would like or click the "Go To Checkout" button to close out your order. When you check out, all the titles you want to renew will be in your shopping cart ready to purchase. Click here if you would like more help with this feature.

What if I can't remember my password?

No problem...to get your password, please enter your email address in the field found on this page and we will send your User ID and Password to your email inbox.

Can I transfer magazines I ordered through someone else to EBSCO?

Yes, you can do that! If you are not already logged in, please click on the "Login" button on the main menu bar. Once logged in go to "Your Account" button also found on the main menu bar. When the page refreshes click on the Cancel A Subscription link and We will research the dates your titles are expected to renew and add them to your EBSCO account. If prorating is allowed by the publisher we will make the expiration dates the same as your other titles so you only have one bill to pay per year. What if I need to pay by check or have a bill sent?

If you need to pay with a method other than credit card, please contact us by phone, fax or email to place your order (see contact information at top of this page). The EBSCO Reception Room Subscription Services web site accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment methods.

Can I order titles for my home?

All magazines must be sent to a business address to qualify for reception room special pricing.

Can I order subscriptions from EBSCO as gifts?

Our special rates can not be used to give gift subscriptions unless being sent to another professional at a business address. We do offer gift rates for individuals. Please call our toll free number (1-800-527-5901) for more information.
